Service: MyQCM Aljazayr by EOSIA Health.
This page explains, in plain terms, how MyQCM uses cookies and similar storage on your device — what we keep, why, and how you stay in control. It works together with our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.
1. What we mean by "cookies"
A cookie is a small file a website saves on your device. We also use similar technologies — local storage, session storage, and secure sign-in tokens — to keep the app working, remember your choices, and keep you signed in.
2. What MyQCM uses
| What it does | Necessary? | How long it lasts |
|---|---|---|
| Remembers your language | Functional | Until you change it |
| Saves your cookie choice | Necessary | 6–13 months |
| Keeps you signed in and powers live sessions | Necessary | Your session |
| Saves your drafts and interface settings | Functional | Until you submit or clear them |
We don't use advertising cookies or third-party tracking by default.
3. Cookies that need your consent
The cookies above are needed to run the app, so they don't require consent. If we ever add optional tools — such as analytics, a support chat, or anything from an advertiser — we'll ask for your consent first, and we won't activate them until you agree. Refusing is always as easy as accepting.
4. Managing your choices
You're always in control. You can:
- accept or reject optional cookies;
- change your choice at any time from the cookie banner or your account settings;
- delete or block cookies in your browser settings.
Note: blocking the necessary cookies above may stop sign-in, payment, language, or draft-saving from working.
5. Third-party services
Some features — like payment or support — may rely on trusted providers that set their own cookies. When a feature like this is optional, it only loads after you choose to use it. These providers may process data outside Algeria; where that happens, we use appropriate safeguards.
6. Updates
We may update this page when our tools, providers, or the law change. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version.
